Specifically designed and manufactured to suit your exact requirements. Open walled plenums help improve the airflow in your potato store.
Strawson Wall System
The strawson wall system allows for active recirculation of airflow in a potato store.
A PVC or plywood wall or shelf is erected at the back of the store infront of the fridge unit, it blocks the sides and top of the store around the boxes to prevent the airflow from short circuiting back to the fridge without going through the boxes. The fridge tubes are extended through the wall.
Additional fans can be added to the side of the fridge to recirculate the air to help with increased airflow rates.
Stairs can be installed and a walkway barrier to allow access to view the top of the boxes if an open fronted timber duct is installed.
